Final Submission

1. Registration

After finishing the payment in the registration system, please log in the paper submission system http://cms.amss.ac.cn to submit the final paper in 24 hour letter. Select a registered paper, transfer its copyright to the TCCT (only for regular paper) and then click "Final Submission". The registration procedure please visit website http://www.ascl.jlu.edu.cn/vci/cvci2022/Registration.htm .

2. Copyright Receipt

Please download Copyright Receipt file. After filling in the paper information, the scanned file with signatures should be uploaded to the submission system together with the final manuscript.

3. Presentation

Papers accepted for Oral Presentation must be presented orally by the speaker at the conference Session. Papers for No Show will be disqualified for publication.

For the paper accepted as Poster, the print size of the poster is 0.8*1.8m. The author should come to the conference session at a fixed time to put up the Poster and answer questions.

终稿提交要求

本届会议出版论文集USB。为了做好论文集的出版工作，请您协助做好以下工作：

1、注册

注册缴费24小时后方可提交论文终稿。注册流程见链接：http://www.ascl.jlu.edu.cn/vci/cvci2022/Registration.htm

2、版权转移

请下载《版权协议书》，填写论文信息后，签字并扫描，与论文终稿一起上传至投稿系统中。

3、论文宣读

录用为Oral Presentation的论文须由宣读者在会议现场做口头报告，No Show的论文会被取消出版资格。

录用为Poster的论文需要自行打印Poster，打印尺寸为0.8*1.8m（更新），作者须在固定时间段到达会议现场张贴Poster，并进行答疑。

Final Paper Requirements

1. Length

Each paper is limited to 6 pages of A4 paper, and the system will accept the paper file with no more than 8 pages. An additional fee of 375 RMB per page will be charged in excess of 6 pages.

2. Type setting

Papers can be prepared with MS Word and LaTeX. Due to the tight time for publishing the conference proceedings, the author is requested to arrange the papers in strict accordance with the specifications in the template, so as to reduce the time delay caused by the repeated modification due to the unqualified layout. For papers that still fail to meet the requirements after several revisions, the conference has the right to exclude them from the conference proceedings.

3.Files uploading

Please upload a PDF version file of the paper.

4. Submission method

The paper is submitted online. Please log in the TCCT Conference Paper Management System (https://cms.amss.ac.cn), enter the Author Center of CVCI 2022, select a registered paper, click its corresponding link Final Submission (the copyright transfer should be made for a regular paper), and upload all required paper files. The system only accepts file types .pdf, .doc, .docx,.tex,.zip,.rar, and limits the file size up to 4MB. If you have any figure file, it is recommended that you pack the figure files and the source file together to a compressed file for uploading.

终稿论文要求

1、长度

每篇论文限制为A4纸6页以内，系统接收不超过8页的论文，多于6页的部分每页多收版面费375元。

2、排版

接收MS Word和LaTeX两种排版论文。大会提供了MS Word和LaTeX共四个（中、英文各一个）模板，请自行下载。请作者严格按照模板中的规范编排论文，以减少由于排版不合格造成的反复修改而拖延时间。对于查重率不满足要求的论文，会议将不再收录。Position Paper模板同上，自行删减。

3、提交文档格式

pdf格式文件。

4、提交方法

采用网上提交论文方式。请登录学术会议论文管理系统（http://cms.amss.ac.cn）个人帐号下，进入CVCI2022作者工作区，点击“提交终稿”链接，在终稿提交页面中填写论文的相关信息及版权协议书，并上传论文文档和扫描后的版权协议书。本系统只接收.doc，.tex，.pdf，.zip，.rar类型的文件，并限制文件小于4兆字节。

5、投稿系统中作者变更事宜

论文的通讯作者可在提交终稿时修改、添加、删除作者信息。如需修改通讯作者，请原通讯作者发信到hchen@jlu.edu.cn，并标明论文编号和新通讯作者的个人PIN码。

CVCI 2022 invites full papers and position papers that describe original and yet unpublished work. All full papers must be 4-6 pages and all position papers must be 2 pages. The conference will publish a collection of papers (U disk version), and both Chinese and English submissions are acceptable.

The author is requested to submit the first draft of the paper in PDF format. The meeting accepts English or Chinese manuscripts, but the English and Chinese versions of the same paper shall not be submitted at the same time.

Paper Submission

All papers are submitted and reviewed through our online conference paper management system. Before submitting your paper, please ensure that you have registered an account (PIN) in the submission system. If you have already registered, please do not register again. In addition, all authors' information needs to be submitted, which also means that all paper authors should register an account in the submission system.

1. Prepare your full text PDF file

2. Log in the conference paper management system with your pin and password（ http://cms.amss.ac.cn/ ）

3. Click to enter CVCI2022 author workspace

4. Select a submission type you want to submit (see below for the description of submission type) to start submission

Each successfully submitted paper will be assigned a unique paper ID. please indicate your paper ID when you contact us by email.

Description of submission type

■ Regular paper

Accepted full papers in English will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. The first draft paper shall not exceed 8 pages. After the paper is employed through the review procedure, the final paper submitted shall be limited to 8 pages, but the part exceeding 6 pages shall pay the layout fee 600 RMB per page.

■ Invited session proposal

If you want to organize an invitation group, please first submit an application of about 1000 words through the submission system and select the invited session proposal type to submit. After successful submission, you will be assigned a session code. Please inform all the paper authors of your invitation group of this code. The theme of the papers in the same invitation group should be clear and concentrated. If the organized Invitation Group is approved, the application form of the invitation group does not need to submit the final draft and registration.

■ Invited session paper

Please select invited session paper and fill in the grouping code (if you don't know, please contact the organizer of the invitation group). Please note that all invited papers should be submitted before the deadline of the first draft of the conference. The invited papers will enter the conference review process together with ordinary papers. The number of pages shall be the same as that of regular paper.

■ Position Paper

A position paper will consists of no more than 2 pages. You only need to submit a long summary and include it in the collection of essays, but not in IEEE Xplore, EI, CNKI and other searches. Published results can also be submitted.

Paper Selection

The conference will select the Best Paper and the GuoKonghui Paper (the first author should not be older than 35 years old when submitting the manuscript).

每篇成功提交的论文都会分配唯一的论文编号（Paper ID），请您在email联系我们时指明您的论文编号。

投稿类型说明

■Regular Paper (普通论文)

普通论文（非邀请组论文）请在投稿时选择regular paper类型提交。论文初稿不得超过8页，录用后的论文也不得超过8页，但超过6页的部分需按页交纳版面费。

■Invited Session Proposal (邀请组申请书)

如果您要组织邀请组，请先通过投稿系统提交一个1000字左右的申请书，并选择Invited Session Proposal类型提交，成功提交后分配一个分组代码（Session code），请将这个代码告知您邀请组的所有论文作者。同一邀请组的论文应主题应鲜明、集中，邀请组一般有6篇论文。如果所组织的邀请组获得通过，邀请组申请书不需要提交终稿、不需要注册。

■Invited Session Paper (邀请组论文)

邀请组论文提交时请选择Invited Session Paper，并必须填写分组代码（如果不知道，请联系邀请组组织者）。请注意，所有邀请组论文都请在会议初稿论文截止日期前提交全文，邀请组论文将和普通论文一起进入会议评审程序。页数要求与Regular Paper相同。

■Position Paper

选择提交Position Paper请选择此项。只需投2页长摘要，收录进论文集，但不进IEEE Xplore、EI、CNKI等检索，已经发表的结果也可以投稿。

论文评选说明

参加郭孔辉青年论文（第一作者年龄不超过35岁）和最佳论文评选的论文清在投稿系统下方勾选，论文必须是英文全文论文，评选要求详见 http://www.ascl.jlu.edu.cn/vci/cvci2022/Paper_Selection.htm。
