CVCI 2025 invites full papers and position papers that describe original and yet unpublished work. All full papers must be 4-6 pagesand allposition papers must be2 pages. The conference will publish a collection of papers (U disk version), and both Chinese and English submissions are acceptable.

The author is requested to submit the first draft of the paper in PDF format. The meeting accepts English or Chinese manuscripts, but the English and Chinese versions of the same paper shall not be submitted at the same time.

Paper Submission

All papers are submitted and reviewed through our online conference paper management system (https://cms.amss.ac.cn/). Before submitting your paper, please ensure that you have registered an account (PIN) in the submission system. If you have already registered, please do not register again. In addition, all authors' information needs to be submitted, which also means that all paper authors should register an account in the submission system.

3. Click to enter CVCI2025 author workspace

4. Select a submission type you want to submit (see below for the description of submission type) to start submission

Each successfully submitted paper will be assigned a unique paper ID. please indicate your paper ID when you contact us by email.

Description of Submission Type

■Regular paper

Accepted full papersin English will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. After the paper is employed through the review procedure, the final paper submitted shall be limited to 6 pages.

■Invited session proposal

If you want to organize an invitation group, please first submit an application of about 1000 words through the submission system and select the invited session proposal type to submit. After successful submission, you will be assigned a session code. Please inform all the paper authors of your invitation group of this code. The theme of the papers in the same invitation group should be clear and concentrated. If the organized Invitation Group is approved, the application form of the invitation group does not need to submit the final draft and registration.

■Invited session paper

Please select invited session paper and fill in the grouping code (if you don't know, please contact the organizer of the invitation group). Please note that all invited papers should be submitted before the deadline of the first draft of the conference. The invited papers will enter the conference review process together with ordinary papers. The number of pages shall be the same as that of regular paper.

■Position Paper

A position paper will consists of no more than 2 pages.You only need to submit a long summary and include it in the collection of essays, but not in IEEE Xplore, EI, CNKI and other searches. Published results can also be submitted.

Paper Selection

The conference will select the Best Paper and the GuoKonghui Paper (the first author should not be older than 35 years old when submitting the manuscript).

所有的论文投稿、评审都通过我们的在线会议论文管理系统进行（https://cms.amss.ac.cn/）。在提交论文前，请确保您已经在投稿系统里注册了一个账号（PIN），如果已经注册过，请不要重复注册。另外，所有作者的信息都需要提交，这也意味着所有论文作者都应在投稿系统注册一个账号。

4.选择一个您要提交的投稿类型（投稿类型说明见下面）开始投稿

每篇成功提交的论文都会分配唯一的论文编号（Paper ID），请您在email联系我们时指明您的论文编号。

投稿类型说明

■Regular Paper(普通论文)

普通论文（非邀请组论文）请在投稿时选择regular paper类型提交。论文初稿不得超过8页，提交的终稿论文限制在6页内。

■Invited Session Proposal(邀请组申请书)

如果您要组织邀请组，请先通过投稿系统提交一个1000字左右的申请书，并选择Invited Session Proposal类型提交，成功提交后分配一个分组代码（Session code），请将这个代码告知您邀请组的所有论文作者。同一邀请组的论文应主题应鲜明、集中，邀请组一般有6篇论文。如果所组织的邀请组获得通过，邀请组申请书不需要提交终稿、不需要注册。

■Invited Session Paper(邀请组论文)

邀请组论文提交时请选择Invited Session Paper，并必须填写分组代码（如果不知道，请联系邀请组组织者）。请注意，所有邀请组论文都请在会议初稿论文截止日期前提交全文，邀请组论文将和普通论文一起进入会议评审程序。页数要求与Regular Paper相同。

■Position Paper

选择提交Position Paper请选择此项。只需投2页长摘要，收录进论文集，但不进IEEE Xplore、EI、CNKI等检索，已经发表的结果也可以投稿。

论文评选说明

参加郭孔辉青年论文（第一作者年龄不超过35岁）和最佳论文评选的论文请在投稿系统下方勾选，论文必须是英文全文论文，评选要求详见  http://www.ascl.jlu.edu.cn/vci/cvci2025/Submission/Paper_Selection.htm。
