If you have selected student registration leading to upload unsuccessfully, you need to register again with full registration which you can upload paper. The wrong registration fee will be returned to the registrant in cash and the bank fee will be deducted. Any question about registration, please contact with zhangjy@sophia.ac.jp .

1. Full registration includes two final submissions, coffee break, lunch, welcome reception, farewell reception, banquet ticket and technical tours.

2. Student registration does not include final submission, banquet and technical tours.

3. Two extra pages are allowed with 60 USD per extra page.

4. All conference participants must register, and with personal badge may fully access to all technical sessions, welcome reception, farewell reception.

5. Additional banquet ticket is available at the registration desk with fee 50 USD.

 

Registration Desk

All conference attendees must register. Personal badges will be provided to identify registered participants. Packet pick-up for advanced registrants and on-site registration will be available at the registration desk, which will be located at the hall of main building, South Lake Hotel.

The registration desk is open from Sept.19 to Sept.20. Hours of operation of the registration desk are as follows:

Sept. 19, 13:00–22:00

Sept. 20,   7:30–18:00

On-site Student Registration should be confirmed with a student ID. All registered participants receive admission to welcome and farewell receptions; and one set of conference proceedings on a flashdrive. Extra proceedings (USB) can be purchased for 20 USD.

 

Refund Policy

For the authors who have uploaded a paper using registration fee, the registration will not be refunded even if the paper is withdrawn. For the authors who’s registration fee is not used for paper upload, if he/she cannot attend the conference, a refund of the registration can be requested with the following charge:

 

Request before 1 August:  80% of the fee will be refunded.

Request before 20 August:  50% of the fee will be refunded.

Request before 1 September: no refunds.

 

All cancellations and changes must be sent by e-mail to: gaobz@jlu.edu.cn / hchen@jlu.edu.cn. All refunds will be processed after E-CoSM 2018.
