Automotive discipline of Jilin University is widely regarded as the "Cradle of qualified scientists and engineers in Chinese automotive industry". ASCL, as a main component of the automotive discipline of Jilin University, has cultivated lots of high-level managers and engineers who have mastered advanced development technology of automotive products for the Chinese automotive and related industries.
Alumnus graduated from ASCL has been the technology backbones of full vehicle, engine, transmission, body structure and chassis electronic control R&D and etc. They spread in the FAW Group, SAIC, Chongqing Changan, Geely, Brilliance, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Beijing Institute of Technology, South China University of Technology and Tongji University and other major auto companies, universities and research institutes. Graduates’ scientific literacy, engineering practice abilities and technology development abilities have been recognized widely by the industry.
