Driver-Vehicle-Transport System and Safety is trying to explore the zero-death and zero-jam technology based on the long-term research on modeling of driver behavior and simulation of driver-vehicle-road closed loop in ASCL and cooperated multidisciplinary of transportation engineering, control, telecommunication engineering, biomechanics etc., and aims at the worldwide hottest research points like humanization design and vehicle telematics.
ASCL focuses on the driver movement control, the change of physiology and psychology and their influences on vehicle safety under complicated environment conditions, Innovative design theory based on driver-vehicle-road cooperated control, advanced control technology, performance simulation analysis, functional demonstration platform development and application promotion, humanized automotive design theory and key technology from "people adapt to machine" to "man-machine Harmony" and " humanization".
