The 3rd Conference on Vehicle Control and Intelligence (CVCI 2019) will be held in Hefei, China. It will be held from 21 to 22 September 2019. This conference is sponsored by Technical Committee on Vehicle Control and Intelligence, Chinese Association of Automation, and co-sponsored by IEEE Systems; Man, and Cybernetics Society and Hefei University of Technology. Well-known scholars at home and abroad have been invited to make conference reports and special invitation reports. Best quality papers will be selected for Best Paper Award and Best Young Author Award. Some excellent papers will be recommended to the authoritative journals at home and abroad such as Journal of Jilin University(Engineering and Technology Edition) (EI Compendex), Control and Decision (EI Compendex), Control Engineering of China, Journal of Hefei University of Technology(Natural Science).

Two kinds of papers are invited
1. Regular paper, describing original and yet unpublished work. Regular papers in English will be published in IEEE Xplore™, under the premise of giving the presentation of you paper at the 3rd Conference on Vehicle Control and Intelligence. IEEE will submit papers for indexing in EI Compendex.
2. Position paper, for oral presentation only and will not be published in IEEE Xplore™.
Page limits
Typically a regular paper (regular or invited) will consists of at least 4 pages, up to a maximum of 6 pages. Longer papers will also be accepted, up to 9 pages, but a fee of 100 Dollar for each extra page will be required. Papers of more than 9 pages will be rejected. A position paper will consists of less than 2 pages.

Notification of acceptance: July 15, 2019
Final camera-ready papers due: August 15, 2019
Note also that inclusion of conference material in IEEE Xplore™ does not guarantee indexing in Ei Compendex. IEEE will submit, but not guarantee, papers for indexing in EI Compendex.
