The 3rd Conference on Vehicle Control and Intelligence (CVCI 2019) will be held in Hefei, China from 21 to 22 September 2019. Well-known scholars at home and abroad have been invited to make conference reports and special invitation reports. Best quality papers will be selected for Best Paper Award and Best Young Author Award.

1. 论文格式必须与模板严格一致，而且论文查重率不能过高，否则无法出版检索。
2. 除了投稿系统中提交的稿件PDF文件，还需提交源文件至指定邮箱（hchen@jlu.edu.cn）。
3. 录用论文须有宣读者到场宣讲论文，No Show的论文会被取消出版资格。

The format of the final paper should be strictly in accordance with the template, and the crosscheck percentage of the paper should not be high, or it cannot be published successfully.
Two kinds of papers are invited:
1. Regular paper, describing original and yet unpublished work. Regular papers in English will be published in IEEE Xplore™, under the premise of giving the presentation of you paper at the 3rd Conference on Vehicle Control and Intelligence. IEEE will submit papers for indexing in EI Compendex.
2. Position paper, for oral presentation only and will not be published in IEEE Xplore™.
Please notice the following page limits, the paper includes on more than 2 pages will be regarded as a Position paper, which will be scheduled on the oral presentation only but not be published in IEEE Xplore™.
Page limits
1. Typically a regular paper (regular or invited) will consists of at least 4 pages, up to a maximum of 6 pages. Longer papers will also be accepted, up to 9 pages, but a fee of 100 Dollar for each extra page will be required. Papers of more than 9 pages will be rejected.
2. A position paper will consists of no more than 2 pages.
Submission Insrtuctions
Step 1:
Please log in the submission system of CVCI 2019 at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cvci2019 .
If you have already registered the easy chair before, please log in directly, if not, please click "create an account" to register and then log in using the new account.
Note: Please log in the EasyChair through the website link above if the account is newly registered, otherwise the submission page of CVCI 2019 may not appear in your account.
Step 2:
You will enter the page of "YAC 2019" after your logging in. Then please click "enter as an author" to make a submission as an author.
Step 3:
Under "New Submission", one can add some required information about authors, paper’s title, abstract, key words (invited session, and paper award).
Step 4:
After filling out submission information at Step 3, please click "submit" to submit your paper.
Step 5:
The contributors can enter EasyChair with the relevant account to modify, update, delete and do some other operations on the submissions for CVCI 2019.

步骤2：以作者视图进入投稿系统
点击“author”链接以作者视图进入投稿系统以填写信息。
步骤3：进入投稿系统填写详细投稿信息
点击左上角“New Submission”，填写作者，论文题目、摘要、关键字，邀请组和报奖等相关信息（邀请组和报奖信息为非强制选项，可不选）。
步骤4：提交论文
选择pdf格式的论文，点击“Submit”提交论文，由于系统上传论文可能需要一定时间，请不要多次点击“Submit”。
步骤5：修改论文信息
规定时间内可以修改论文信息，如需修改，采用步骤1中的EasyChair系统帐号进入系统，可对论文进行修改、更新或删除等相关操作。
