The conference will select Best Paper, GuoKonghui Paper and Excellent Position Paper. For GuoKonghui Paper, the first author should not be older than 35 years old when submitting the manuscript.
CVCI 2024设置了最佳论文（Best Paper）、郭孔辉青年论文（GuoKonghui Paper）和最佳摘要论文（Excellent Position Paper）。其中，郭孔辉青年论文要求第一作者年龄不超过35周岁。论文需要在投稿系统中提交，并在下方选择对应选项（Position paper单独评奖）。
Eligibility and Conditions
Best Paper
1. The first author must present the paper and answer questions;
2. The paper must have original significant contributions to the theory and/or applications of control and decision and it should not have been published or is under review for publication in any other international journal and conference;
3. The paper should be well-organized and well-written, clear and concise, and with appropriate references and acknowledgement. Technical conclusions should be sound, correct and defendable.
GuoKonghui Paper
Professor Guo Konghui is a Chinese Academy of Engineering and an internationally renowned expert in vehicle dynamics and control. He was the first to use control theory to describe and analyze the principles of vehicle handling dynamics. He proposed UniTire tire modeling theory and optimal preview driver modeling theory.
1. The first and presenting author of the paper must not be older than 35 years old when submitting the manuscript;

Excellent Position Paper Presentation
1. The authors of the paper are required to present the paper and answer questions; （若作者不出席发表则无评选资格）
2. Session chairs and co-chairs will give the scores based on the reviews and the performance.
Excellent Poster Presentation
1. The authors of the paper are required to stand next to the poster at a fixed time and answer questions; （若作者不出席则无评选资格）

Paper Selection Criteria
1. Each paper can apply for at most one selection;
2. All papers applying for selection must be submitted by the author at the time of submission;
3. The paper must first pass the conference review, and then the committee will invite relevant experts to make a second review to determine the candidate papers;
4. The committee will select 5 papers with the highest scores of candidate papers, and the first author should present at the conference. The results will be announced at the closing ceremony;
5. The committee is composed of well-known experts in the field hired by the CAA-Technical Committee on Vehicle Control and Intelligence, and is responsible for organizing the review of the paper;
6. If less than two-thirds of the Selection Committee Members attend the conference, the Chair of the Selection Committee may invite renowned experts from the conference attended as additional members of the Selection Committee for the conference.
1. 每篇论文最多申请一项；
2. 凡提出申请的论文，需在投稿时由作者提出申请，并提交相关信息；
3. 论文首先要通过会议审稿，然后由评审委员会邀请有关专家作书面评审，确定候选论文；
4. 评审委员会从候选论文打分靠前的论文选出5篇，由第一作者在大会上宣讲，在会议闭幕式上宣布评选结果；
5. 评审委员会由中国自动化学会-车辆控制与智能化专委会聘请的著名领域内专家组成，负责组织论文的评审；
6. 如出席会议的评审委员会成员少于三分之二，评审委员会主席可以邀请出席会议的知名专家作为本次会议的评审委员会成员。
Others
The implementation plan is formulated by the organizers of CVCI 2024. The Selection Committee reserves the right to disqualify the candidate if he or she fails to meet one of the above conditions.
