Fee and Procedure
（1）FEE
Remarks:
The registration fee for authors with one paper is 3700 RMB, and that for authors with two papers is 4700 RMB. At most two papers can be uploaded for one registration. If you have more than two papers to be uploaded, please make extra registration(s). The registration fee for participants without papers is 2700 RMB. The registration fee for students is 2300 RMB, and the student is allowed to submit 1 paper. Each paper is limited to 6 pages of A4 paper.
1. 参会者均需注册；
2. 提交一篇论文的作者的注册费为3700元；提交两篇论文的作者的注册费为4700元（即需为第二篇论文交1000元的版面费）；每位作者最多可提交有作者本人署名的论文两篇，如超过两篇则需重新注册、交费。无论文的参会人员的注册费为2700元。学生注册费为2300元，学生注册可提交一篇论文；
3. 每篇论文提交时限6页；
4. 会议期间交通、食宿自理。
（2）Procedure for registration
Participant with papers:
Please visit the registration page, and provide the information of your registration, then pay the registration fee with your preferred payment method. Please note that if you choose the payment method with bank transfer, a transfer voucher is suggested to be uploaded to the registration system. After you succeed to submit the registration information and complete the payment, you will get a “Paper Code” for each paper which will be used to submit your final paper in the paper submission system https://cms.amss.ac.cn/.
Participant without papers:
Please visit the registration page and follow the procedure similar to the above but you do not need to provide the paper information.
参会人员（有论文）：
登录CVCI2024注册缴费系统https://www.cacpaper.com/register/111/user/preRegist，通过账户/手机号登录中国自动化学会统一平台，填写注册、发票等信息，通过论文通信作者PIN码查找论文，确认无误后缴费。注册、缴费成功后有一个PaperCode (用于提交终稿使用)。
登陆学术会议论文管理系统：http://cms.amss.ac.cn，点击CVCI2024作者工作区，点击提交终稿，填写Paper Code和相关论文信息、提交版权协议后提交终稿即可。
参会人员（无论文）：
登录CVCI2024注册缴费系统https://www.cacpaper.com/register/111/user/preRegist，通过账户/手机号登录中国自动化学会统一平台，填写注册、发票等信息并缴费。
发票事宜：
中国自动化学会协助处理会议预注册缴费等事宜，学会只能开具会议注册费发票如需版面费说明，请自行下载PDF说明文件（发票说明.pdf）。
预注册人员：会务组将会提供电子版发票。请务必确保所提供的开票信息、收件人、地址、联系方式等信息准确无误。
“公对公”方式付款的参会人员：发票单位只能开款项转出单位。
如需办理退款，请于9月30日前将姓名、联系电话和退款是由发送至邮箱hchen@jlu.edu.cn。邮件标题标明”CVCI2024注册费退款+姓名“。由于会议所需材料需要提前安排，9月30日之后不再接受注册费退款。
